We provide the infrastructure for users to interact, but Kaamvio is not a party to any contract or agreement entered into directly between Clients and Service Providers.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
By using Kaamvio, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile or task descriptions.
- Attempt to bypass the Platform to contact, hire, or pay other users outside of Kaamvio to avoid platform fees.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or attempt to do so.
- Upload viruses, trojan horses, or other malicious code.
5. Task Agreements and Fulfillment
- Independence: Service Providers act as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of Kaamvio.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding the scope, quality, or completion of a task must be resolved between the Client and the Service Provider. While Kaamvio may provide dispute resolution guidelines, we are not legally obligated to enforce or mediate disputes.
6. Fees and Payments
Accessing the Platform and browsing tasks is generally free. However, Kaamvio may charge service fees for facilitating transactions between users. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you commit to a transaction. All payments must be made through the authorized payment gateways provided on the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics. Users retain intellectual property rights to the content they upload (e.g., portfolios, task descriptions), but grant Kaamvio a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Kaamvio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or quality of the services provided by users on the Platform. We do not endorse any specific Client, Service Provider, or task.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaamvio shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Platform or the performance/non-performance of any tasks arranged through the Platform.
10. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Kaamvio operations are established.
